You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization through Google's Ad Settings and Meta's Ad Preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Website works.

**Global Privacy Control.** We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising, where required by applicable law.

## 7. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

We may use artificial intelligence tools to help with tasks such as drafting content, analyzing data, writing code, and preparing reports. We take reasonable steps to choose tools and settings that do not use the information we submit to train their models, and we do not enter sensitive personal information into AI tools unless it is necessary and appropriate safeguards are in place.

## 8. Data We Process on Behalf of Clients

When we provide services, we may access personal information that belongs to our clients or, for agency partners, to their end clients. This can include advertising audiences, customer lists, CRM records, form submissions, website analytics, and conversion data.

- We do not sell it, use it for our own marketing, or combine it with data from other clients
- We keep it confidential and protect it with reasonable safeguards
- We return or delete it, or remove our access to it, when the engagement ends, unless the law requires us to keep it

If you are a customer of one of our clients and have questions about your data, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will forward your request to the appropriate client where possible.

## 9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

- **Website analytics data:** according to the retention settings of the analytics tools we use, generally fourteen (14) months or less
- **Client data processed on a client's behalf:** as described in Section 8

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

- **Withdraw consent:** where processing is based on consent
- **Unsubscribe:** from marketing emails at any time, using the link in any marketing email

These rights may be provided by laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), other U.S. state privacy laws (including those of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states), and the GDPR and UK GDPR. Some of these laws apply only to businesses that meet certain thresholds. We extend these rights to all users where reasonably practical.

**How to make a request.** Email [info@ppc-solutions.com](mailto:info@ppc-solutions.com) with the subject line "Privacy Request," and tell us which right you want to exercise. To protect your information, we will verify your identity before completing the request, usually by confirming details we already have. You may use an authorized agent, but we may require proof of their authority.

We will respond within the time required by law, typically within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal, you may contact your state attorney general or, in the EEA or UK, your local data protection authority.

**Non-discrimination.** We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

**California notice at collection.** In the past twelve months, we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2: identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity, approximate geolocation, professional information, and inferences drawn from website activity. We collect them for the purposes described in Section 4 and share them as described in Section 6. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law.

## 11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, multi-factor authentication where available, encrypted connections, and limiting access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we learn of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.

## 12. Children's Privacy

The Website and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

## 13. International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and personal information is processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses used by our service providers.

## 14. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

The Website may link to third-party websites, and our services rely on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party site or platform you use.

## 15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
