Ethan Calderon

Ethan is the founder of the company and brings expertise in PPC, analytics, reporting, leadership, and strategy. His work is rooted in a commitment to helping nonprofits navigate an industry that often delivers false promises. Ethan focuses on creating systems that reveal clear insights, maximize the value of every campaign, and support the goals that matter most to each organization. He is detail oriented, creative, and strategic in every project he leads. Outside of work, he enjoys fast cars and motorcycles and brings that same passion for precision and performance into his approach to marketing.
Seth Calderon
Middle
Seth is the co founder and leads the GA4 and GTM implementation side of the company. He brings strong technical skill in analytics, configuration, and tracking along with a natural talent for sales and outreach. Seth is smart, easy going, and adaptable, with a work ethic that keeps projects moving forward with confidence. He has a gift for understanding complex data structure and turning that understanding into solutions that support real growth. His balanced approach makes him an essential part of the team and a trusted partner for the nonprofits we serve.
Matthew Calderon
Far Right
Matthew supports the company as a consultant and is also the owner of Nifty Marketing and Analytics. He brings extensive experience in PPC strategy, data configuration, and reporting, along with a deep understanding of how to create systems that guide better decisions. Matthew serves as a mentor within the team and offers insight that strengthens both our process and our results. His guidance helps ensure that every nonprofit receives thoughtful strategy and a clear path toward meaningful growth.
